Fresh potato gnocchi with ceps, truffle and parmesan

Grilled line fish with Cajun fried soft shell crab, coconut tom yum, crispy noodles and greens

Grilled beef fillet, garlic creamed new potatoes, pancetta, ratatouille and port jus
