All steaks are aged in-house no less than three weeks. All steaks are portioned in-house to ensure
quality and consistency. Steaks are served standard with molasses BBQ basting. We cook to your desired
temperature. Aged steak does not benefit from cooking past medium. Served with fries, hand-cut chips or
salad and market vegetables.
